IPL 2023: Delhi Capitals remembered Rishabh Pant in a different way in the first match. In IPL 2023, even though the regular captain of Delhi Capitals, Rishabh Pant could not take the field, but his jersey was definitely visible in the first match.

The third match of IPL 2023 was played between Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants. During this, Delhi captain David Warner won the toss and decided to bowl first.
Remembered Captain Rishabh Pant in a special way:-
The Delhi team remembered their regular captain Rishabh Pant in a special way. Delhi tried to keep Pant with the team by hanging Pant’s jersey above their dugout.
This special style of Delhi team for Pant was very much liked by the fans on social media. Pant was involved in a car accident in January and is still recovering.
It is believed that Pant will be away from international cricket for about 6 months, Abhishek Porel has got a chance in place of Pant.

Rishabh Pant is not playing in IPL 2023 due to serious injuries sustained in the car accident. As a replacement for Pant, Delhi Capitals have included Abhishek Porel in the team.
In the first match, Delhi Capitals had to face defeat at the hands of Lucknow. The previous season was mixed and the team finished the tournament last in fifth place.
