IPL 2023: KKR’s Nitish Rana Also Injured After Shreyas Iyer. The era of KKR’s troubles is not taking its name.

Shreyas Iyer and Lockie Ferguson were just injured. But in the meantime, the team’s star player Kolkata (KKR injured Players List) has suffered another major setback.

Kolkata Knight Riders’ star batsman Nitish Rana got injured during a practice session at the Eden Gardens on Thursday, adding to KKR’s woes.

Nitish Rana took batting practice in two different nets. During this, he faced KKR spinners and net bowlers and then started facing throwdowns.

Meanwhile, a ball hit his ankle. After this he immediately went to the ground and the support staff came and surrounded him.

Nitish Rana was in pain after getting hurt and that is why he took off his shoes and socks himself.

He lay on the ground for about five minutes and then got up and went to the other side of the field.

After this, he did not take part in any kind of activity, but till the practice was over, he remained in the field with fellow players. His left ankle was bandaged and he was also treated in the dressing room.

IPL 2023: KKR captain Shreyas Iyer is already out due to injury and it is considered difficult for him to play in IPL.

Apart from this, the team’s veteran fast bowler Lockie Ferguson may also be out of some matches due to injury.
