IPL 2024: The head coach of IPL team LSG will be on leave. Lucknow Super Giants, who have just played 2 seasons in IPL, are going to make a big change in the next season of IPL.

Justin Langer will be appointed as the new head coach:-

The head coach of this team captained by KL Rahul will change. Andy Flower is currently the head coach but he will step down and Justin Langer will be appointed as the new head coach.

Andy Flower’s contract is coming to an end now, and the franchise will not extend this contract further. Under his coaching, the team has reached the playoffs in both seasons so far.

According to the report of Cricbuzz, talks are going on between Justin Langer and Lucknow Super Giants. Andy Flower’s contract is going to end after IPL 2023.

Has been associated with the Australian cricket team as a batting consultant:-

Born in South Africa, Andy Flower played international cricket for Zimbabwe. Currently, Flower is associated with the Australia cricket team as a batting consultant.

Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans started playing together in IPL, and both teams played IPL for the first time in 2022.

Rahul takes over the captaincy of Lucknow Super Giants:-

Both the teams impressed in the first season. Lokesh Rahul has captained the Lucknow Super Giants in both seasons so far, although he was ruled out of the last season due to injury.

Krunal Pandya took over the captaincy in his place. Lucknow Super Giants reached the playoffs in both seasons.
