Kohli 73rd Century: Virat Kohli scored a century at home after four years. Kohli played a brilliant century in the first ODI against Sri Lanka (IND vs SL 1st ODI).

Virat Kohli came to bat at number three. India was in a good position when it came to the crease. Rohit and Gill had added 143 runs for the first wicket. Virat came to bat after Gill’s dismissal. Kohli batted carefully in the beginning, then made good shots.

Virat Played a brilliant inning of 113 runs:-

Kohli had completed his century in 80 balls. Virat completed his century with a single off the second ball of the 47th over.

Kohli reached the score of 99 by hitting his last ball for a four. He scored 113 runs in 87 balls. Kohli hit 12 fours and 1 six in this innings.

Virat was dismissed by Kasun Rajitha. Kohli was caught out on the second ball of the 49th over. On a good ball, Virat was caught out by the wicket-keeper.

Kohli scored his last century in India against Australia in 2019:-

In the ODI format, Virat Kohli scored his last century in India in 2019 against Australia. In that match held at the Jharkhand Cricket Association Stadium on March 8, Virat scored 123 runs.

Kohli had scored a century in the previous ODI as well. Since then Virat played 14 ODIs in India, but could not score a century. After 4 years, Virat Kohli ended the century drought in India.
