New Delhi, Sports Desk. Fakhar Zaman created panic by scoring a century in the 26th match of the Pakistan Super League. The left-handed batsman scored 115 runs in just 57 balls with the help of 8 fours and as many sixes. Fakhar Zaman scored his second century in the Pakistan Super League.

Fakhar Zaman Came to the Opening

Fakhar Zaman playing for Lahore Qalandars tore apart the Islamabad United bowlers. Zaman came to the opening and returned to the dugout in the 18th over after taking the team to a huge score. Thanks to the brilliant innings of the left-handed batsman, Lahore Qalandars scored 226 runs losing 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

This was also the second best score by Lahore Qalandars in the history of Pakistan Super League. Earlier on February 26, he scored 241 runs for 3 wickets against Peshawar Zalmi. While the match full of achievements for Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United registered an embarrassing record.

Chasing a mammoth target of 227 by Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United all out for just 107 runs in 15.1 overs. In this way Lahore won by a huge margin of 119 runs. Islamabad United’s biggest defeat in the history of Pakistan Super League and this shameful record has been recorded in its name. Islamabad United became the biggest losing team in PSL history by a margin of runs.
