The wait for Arjun Tendulkar’s IPL debut may end in today’s match. Left-arm fast bowler Arjun Tendulkar was waiting to make his IPL debut since the last season of the IPL.

With Mumbai Indians already out of the race for the IPL 2022 playoffs after losing eight matches in a row, they would like to give new players a chance to emerge.

Arjun Tendulkar, 22, is part of MI, but he is yet to debut for MI. He has been roped in under the likes of Zaheer Khan and Jasprit Bumrah.

Had to leave the season midway in UAE after an injury:-

Unfortunately, he had to leave the season midway in the UAE following an injury. Lucknow also bid for Arjun during the IPL 2022 auction but he was bought back by Mumbai Indians for Rs 30 lakh.

MI vs RR: Unlike Sachin Tendulkar, Arjun Tendulkar is a bowler. The left-arm fast bowler has played for Mumbai in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

He has played a few domestic T20 matches for Maharashtra where he has picked up some wickets. He has also been a part of the Ranji Trophy team of Mumbai.

The dream debut will not only make Arjun Tendulkar’s dream come true but could prove to be an emotional blast for the ‘Lord of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar who is also an advisor to MI.
