Starc, chatting with cricket.com.au, said, “The IPL is the best T20 league in the world, and I’m pumped to be back in it. There’ll be challenges, but it’s gonna be exciting. The IPL always feels like a bit of a circus, and I’m looking forward to it!”

Back After 8 Years!
This is Starc’s big comeback to the IPL after 8 years. We last saw him bowling fire for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2015. He was picked by Kolkata Knight Riders in 2018 too, but things didn’t work out and he withdrew without playing a match.

This time around, KKR snapped him up for a whopping ₹24.5 crore, making him the most expensive player at the IPL 2024 auction! “Really happy to be back in the IPL after 8 years and joining KKR,” Starc said.
