Mohammed Shami – Hasin Jahan: Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami has suffered a major setback. When he came to know that his wife Hasin Jahan would have to pay a huge amount every month.

Hasin Jahan has been living separately with her daughter
Mohammed Shami and Hasin Jahan were living separately for a long time. Shami’s wife knocked on the door of the court. On which the Alipore District Court of Kolkata has directed Shami to pay Rs 50,000 per month to his wife Hasin Jahan as interim maintenance. Judge Anandita Ganguly ordered Shami to pay Rs 50,000 every month to his wife Hasin Jahan.
Shami will have to pay Rs 1.30 lakh every month.
However, Shami has to pay the said amount to Shami on the 10th of every month. Earlier in 2018, during this case, the court had ordered that Shami would have to pay Rs 80,000 every month for his daughter. On the other hand, Justice Ganguly also said in his decision on Monday that this order will be effective from the time of the commencement of the case in 2018. This means Shami will also have to pay a huge amount from the time the case was registered in March of that year.
Apparently, now the Indian cricketer Shami will have to pay Rs 1.30 lakh per month. Along with this, it is clear from the income tax department figures of Shami’s income for the financial year 2020-21. Shami’s earnings in that year were 7.19 crores. But on the other hand, there is no evidence of how much Hasin Jahan earns per month. In such a situation, his petition was rejected.
Hasin Jahan demanded Rs 10 lakh
In 2018, Hasin Jahan demanded seven lakh rupees from Shami for maintenance. Apart from this, he had demanded three lakh rupees for the expenses of his daughter’s education, but at that time the court rejected Hasin’s application. During that time it was told that she earns by modeling, due to which Shami will not have to pay any expenses. Haseen challenged that order.

Hasin Jahan will knock on the door of the High Court
But she is still not completely satisfied with this decision and has said that she will now approach the High Court in this matter. Because they believe that Shami earns billions of rupees annually and this amount is very less according to his income. Apart from this, more money will be needed to maintain the standard of living with the daughter.
Significantly, the legal battle between Mohammed Shami and Hasin Jahan is going on for the last five years. Both have a daughter, as well as Hasin had accused Shami of domestic violence and assault.
