IND vs ENG Test Series 2024: Mohammed Shami may be out of the IND vs ENG Test series. There is a possibility that Shami will miss the entire India vs England Test series.
Chief Nitin Patel Should Accompany Him To The UK:-
This fast bowler has been out of action since the World Cup final due to an ankle injury. He was not named in the first two India vs England Tests.

But BCCI was hopeful that he would return for the last three Test matches. But, after reporting to the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, doctors have advised him to visit a specialist in London. Nitin Patel, head of NCA’s sports science division, will accompany him to the UK.
Therefore, Mohammed Shami is likely to miss the last three India vs England Tests as well. As reported earlier, Mohammed Shami reported to the NCA earlier this week for an injury assessment.
Shami is Batting in The Nets:-
According to a Cricbuzz report, Shami worked with Nitin Patel on his injuries on Thursday. Shami is batting in the nets, but he is still facing difficulties in bowling.
Whereas according to reports, amidst the news of Rishabh Pant’s return to the team, BCCI has now decided to send Pant to London for special consultation on recovery. Because Rishabh Pant can return to the cricket field from IPL 2024.
Before Pant, BCCI has also sent Team India’s star fast bowler Mohammed Shami and batsman Suryakumar Yadav to London. Mohammed Shami and Suryakumar Yadav are also out of the team these days due to injury.
Pant Will Once Again Be Seen Playing For Delhi Capitals:-
Although no official information has been revealed yet regarding Pant’s return to the team, fans are hopeful that they will see Pant playing for Delhi Capitals once again in IPL 2024. On the other hand, Pant is also working hard at the National Cricket Academy to keep himself fit.

BCCI does not want to take any risk because of the T20 World Cup 2024 in June. Therefore, Shami will go to London to consult experts before taking the next step.
