Mohammed Shami: Shami came in front for the first time after injury, shared photos of treatment on social media

Even before the start of the Bangladesh tour, Team India’s senior pacer Mohammed Shami has been ruled out of the ODI series due to a shoulder injury. Shami was injured during a training session after returning from Australia. After being out of this series, Mohammed Shami has shared an emotional post sharing photos of treatment on social media. According to the news, he is also doubtful to play in the upcoming series of two Test matches.

Mohammed Shami has recently shared some of his photos on social media in which he is seen getting a checkup done in the hospital. Sharing these photos, Shami wrote, ‘Usually injury teaches you to appreciate every moment. I have had injuries throughout my career. It gives you perspective. It doesn’t matter how many times I get hurt, I have learned from that injury and will come back even stronger.

This fast bowler got a place in the team

BCCI has included young fast bowler Umran Malik in the squad in place of Mohammed Shami. Umran Malik was very successful in the recently played ODI series against New Zealand. Umran Malik has played three ODIs and as many T20 Internationals for Team India so far.

Bangladesh also has two players out

Bangladesh team captain Tamim Iqbal has been ruled out of this series due to groin injury. Litton Das has been made the captain for the ODI series in place of Tamim Iqbal. And Shariful Islam has been called as back up in the ODI team.
