New Zealand Cricket announced the ODI squad for the Bangladesh series which will play in their home ground

New Zealand and Bangladesh will play three One Day International matches and three T20I matches from 20 March to 1 April

Devon Conway, Will Young, and Daryl Mitchell have a chance to debut in One Day International format for the three-game Alesha Mart ODI Series against Bangladesh

New Zealand regular captain Kane Williamson ruled out from the series due to an injury, his absence opens the chance for Devon Conway or Will Young to open in the top order batting

Lockie Ferguson has a back injury and Colin de Grandhomme have an ankle injury was not considered for selection due to injury while Tom Lathan will lead the Team

Martin Guptill is fit and ready for opening with Henry Nicholls

“Devon Conway, Will Young, and Daryl are quality players and have enjoyed impressive seasons so far, and we are eager to give them more opportunities to develop their game at this level.- New Zealand Selector Gavin Larsen said
