PAK vs WI, 2nd ODI: The second match of the three-match ODI series between Pakistan and West Indies was played in Multan. Pakistan won this match by a huge margin of 120 runs and also won the ODI series.

Pakistan has taken an unassailable lead in the series by 2-0 :-

Pakistan have an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Batting first, Pakistan had scored 275 runs in this match. In reply, West Indies team could score only 155 runs and lost the match by a huge margin of 120 runs.

After losing the series, West Indies would like to end this tour with a win. The last match of the ODI series will played on June 12 at this ground.

PAK vs WI, 2nd ODI: Imam and Babar again took over Pakistan :-

Electing to bat after winning the toss, the start of the Pakistan team was once again normal and Fakhar Zaman got out on the score of 25 runs. After this Imam-ul-Haq and Babar Azam took charge of Pakistan’s innings with a partnership of 120 runs. Babar scored 77 and Imam-ul-Haq made 72.

After this, none of Pakistan’s batsmen could play a big innings, but thanks to the contribution of the tail batsmen, Pakistan scored 275 runs in the stipulated 50 overs for the loss of eight wickets. It was a good score on a difficult pitch.

West Indies bowlers did well :-

Akil Hossain took three wickets for West Indies, Ander Philipp and Alzarri Joseph took two wickets each.

PAK vs WI 2nd ODI: West Indies batsmen disappointed again, only 4 players reached 2 digits :-

Chasing the big score of 276 runs, West Indies had a very poor start. Shay Hope, who scored a century in the last match, returned to the pavilion after scoring just four runs. After this, Kayleigh Myers and Shamrah Brooks tried to bring West Indies back in the match with a half-century partnership; but both the batsmen were dismissed one after the other.

Myers scored 33 and Brooks scored 42 runs. Captain Pooran scored 25 runs. After this the rest of the batsmen returned to the pavilion cheaply. Six players could not touch the double figure. Pakistan bowlers bowled very well. The entire team bundled out for 155 runs in 32.2 overs.

Bowlers of PAK did wonders :-

Mohammad Nawaz took four wickets for Pakistan. Apart from him, Mohammad Wasim Jr took three wickets and Shadab Khan took two wickets. Shaheen Afridi gets a wicket.
