Former Pakistani player Saeed Anwar holds the record for making the most consecutive 50 plus scores in ODI cricket. In 1987, Anwar scored more than 50 in nine consecutive innings. At the same time, Imam-ul-Haq has scored more than 50 in seven innings and has come close to Saeed Anwar’s record.

Imam can break Saeed Anwar’s world record in the next three innings. At the same time, in the next two innings, he will have a chance to equal Anwar’s record.

Imam has left behind these giants: –

Imam-ul-Haq has overtaken Mark Waugh, Gordon Greenidge, Andrew Johns, Mohammad Yousuf, Chris Gayle, Shai Hope, Paul Stirling, Ross Taylor and Kane Williamson in this case with the seventh consecutive innings of fifty in ODIs. Now Imam-ul-Haq Saeed will also break Anwar’s world record for scoring half-centuries in the next three innings.

The 26-year-old Imam-ul-Haq is one of the finest batsmen in ODI cricket. He has scored 2520 runs in 52 matches at an average of 54.78. During this his strike rate has been 83.36. His highest innings has been 151 runs, while his bat has scored nine centuries and 14 half-centuries.

In 14 Tests too, he has scored 855 runs at an average of 35.62. During this, two centuries have come off his bat and 157 runs are his biggest score.

PAK vs WI: Summary of Third ODI :-

Batting first, Pakistan scored 269 runs in the third ODI. In response, the West Indies team got out after scoring 216 runs and lost the match by a margin of 53 runs.
