Pakistan fast bowler Fatima Sana has been ruled out of the Women’s Asia Cup due to a twisted ankle. A PCB release said that Sana suffered an injury during the women’s CPL.

The Women’s Asia Cup will be held in Bangladesh from October 1 to 16. Pakistan announced their 15 players for the tournament on 7 September. He is yet to name any other player in place of Sana.
In the inaugural edition of Women’s CPL:-
Sana represented Barbados Royals in the inaugural edition of the Women’s CPL, which was played from 1 to 4 September.
He took three wickets in two of the three Royals matches. Just before that, she played for Royals in the women’s 6ixty – a T10 tournament – taking two wickets in five matches.
The Host team in the Women’s Asia Cup:-
The Women’s Asia Cup will also feature hosts and defending champions Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, and the UAE.
Pakistan will begin training for the tournament on September 19, with the team and reserve players gathering at the Lahore Country Club for a ten-day camp.
