After Watson’s refusal, hopes turned to former West Indies captain Darren Sammy. Pakistan wanted him at the helm. However, media reports now suggest Sammy has also rejected the offer. He apparently wants to focus on his current role as Head Coach for the West Indies limited-overs team.
