AUS vs PAK Test Series 2023: Pat Cummins Becomes The Fifth Australian Bowler To Take The Fastest 250 Test Wickets. Pat Cummins took an important wicket in the form of Mohammad Rizwan on the fourth day of the Test. With this wicket, Cummins has completed his 250 wickets in Test cricket.

Earlier Mitchell Starc was the fifth Australian bowler to take the fastest 250 Test wickets, now Pat Cummins has overtaken him and has come at number five while Starc has slipped to number six.

Mitchell Starc bowled the ball on a good line, the ball hit the batsman’s hand and went into the hands of the wicket-keeper. There was an appeal but the umpire declared it not out. Pat Cummins decided to take the review after much consideration.

Australia won the second test by 79 runs. In the first innings, Australia scored 318 runs and Pakistan scored 264 runs in the first innings. Australia had scored 262 runs in the second innings. Pakistan had a target of 317 runs to win.

As long as Rizwan was at the crease, Pakistan had hopes of victory but after his dismissal, the team collapsed. Pakistan was all out for 237 runs in the second innings and Australia won the second test by 79 runs.
