Prithvi Shaw Said- I Am Starting To Like Being Alone Now

Prithvi Shaw, who is constantly in controversies, said- ‘I have started liking being alone now. Prithvi Shaw got immense popularity from a very young age.

He won the Under-19 World Cup as captain:-

At a young age, Shaw grabbed everyone’s attention with his explosive batting. He won the Under-19 World Cup as captain and made his international debut with a Test century.

However, despite all the promise and performances, he has not been able to cement a place in the national team.

Despite being a prolific run-scorer in domestic cricket and making an impact in the IPL, he hasn’t played any international matches in the last two years.

He is now set to skip the Deodhar Trophy and travel to the United Kingdom to play for Northamptonshire in the ongoing County Championship. In an interview with Cricbuzz, Shaw opened up about being in constant controversies.

Prithvi Shaw opened up about his controversies and said, “As an individual, I just like to stick to my zone.

People say many things about me. But those who know me, know how I am. I don’t have any friends, I don’t like making friends. This is what is happening with this generation. You cannot share your thoughts with anyone else.

It’s pretty scary if you ask me personally. Afraid to share my thoughts nowadays. The next day social media kicks in (I’m scared to share my thoughts.

Somehow it all ends up on social media). I have very few friends, only a few friends, and even with them I don’t share everything, only a few things.”

Talking about his exit from the bar, Prithvi Shaw said, “There is no way you can cut that. If you have ears, you will certainly hear everything that is said about you.

It reaches your ears

So when people talk, it reaches your ears. I don’t understand when people say ‘I don’t hear outside noises.’

Of course, you will hear what is being said. But if you focus on your game and what’s happening on the field, that’s all.”

I just go back to my room and relax, take a shower, and play PlayStation – FIFA, Call of Duty, or Uncharted.

If I go out, people will bother me. They will put something or the other on social media, so I prefer not to step out these days.

What do I do outside? Wherever I go, something or the other happens. Just stopped going. These days, I am going alone for lunch and dinner too. I like being alone now.”
