He returned to Ranji before the Test series against Australia (India vs Australia Test 2023). He bowled brilliantly in the second innings of the match against Tamil Nadu, dismissing 7 batsmen in this innings.

Ravindra Jadeja played his last international match in August last year. Jadeja last played against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup, after which he was ruled out of the T20 series due to injury.
