Cheteshwar Pujara made his Test debut for India in October 2010. He has so far played 99 Tests and 5 ODIs for the country, while he has not got a chance in T20 matches till date.
Batting in 169 innings, he scored 7021 runs at an average of 44.15, in which he scored 19 centuries and 34 fifties. At the same time, his high score was 206 runs. Apart from this, he has scored 51 runs in ODIs.
After getting out cheaply in the Nagpur Test against Australia, now everyone has high hopes for Pujara in the second Test.
Pujara scored 7 runs in the first Test against Australia and was dismissed. On the other hand, Pujara, who is famous all over the world for his excellent batting in Test cricket, will have to win everyone’s heart by performing well in the second Test.

- In 2015 too, Pujara played a memorable inning of 145 runs against the Sri Lankan team in the Colombo Test.
