But before this series, Rohit went to the MCA where he met the New Zealand Women U-19 women’s cricket team.

New Zealand Women’s Cricket shared the photo on Twitter with the caption, “caught up with our NZ development team @BCCI star Rohit Sharma ahead of his T20I against India U19 tonight.”
The women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup will be played for the first time in the year 2023. This tournament is to be played in South Africa next year.
A total of 16 teams including India are going to participate in the Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup. The tournament will begin in January after which the Indian women’s team will leave for South Africa.
Rohit’s Performance in T20 World Cup:-
On the other hand, talking about Rohit Sharma’s recent performance, his bat did not do much in the T20 World Cup. In this entire tournament, he played 6 matches in which he scored only 116 runs.
