Rohit Sharma Told: The Remembered 9 Years Old Match With Virat Kohli
Rohit Sharma said: Remembering the 9-Year-Old Match with Virat Kohli, the first Test between India and Sri Lanka (India vs Sri Lanka 1st Test) will be played in Mohali.
Captain Rohit Came to the Press Conference:-
Before that, captain Rohit Sharma, who came to the press conference, congratulated Virat Kohli on playing 100 Test matches and told them which is the most memorable innings of Virat Kohli for him.

Virat Kohli is going to play his 100th Test in Mohali, he will become the 12th Indian player to achieve this feat.

So he remembered the 9-year-old match. However, before this, he also told about the memorable series of Virat Kohli as captain.
Rohit said- In the year 2018, we won the Test series against Australia. This was the most memorable series for me as Virat Kohli, in which Kohli was in command and we captured the series.
After this, remembering the 9-year-old Test match against South Africa, he told about Virat’s most memorable innings for him.
Virat Played a Century in Poor Condition:-
Rohit Sharma recalled the South Africa series, describing Virat’s best innings according to him. He said- In 2013, Virat Kohli scored a century in the first innings against South Africa.
We all didn’t play many matches, we were all feeling the pressure on that pitch. That pitch in South Africa had a bounce and was not suitable for batting.
Jacques Kallis, Morkel, etc. were fast bowlers as bowlers from above. But Virat Kohli had scored a century even in that difficult condition. And in the second innings too, only a few runs were left from the century.
Memorable innings played against South Africa in 2013
Rohit Sharma was referring to the Test played in Johannesburg, in which Virat scored a century in the first innings. Kohli had scored 119 runs in this match and in the second innings was just 4 runs away (96) from a century. Virat Kohli was also the selected player of the match in this match.
