RR vs RCB: Glenn Maxwell Joins the RCB training session but will not play against RR today, there is good news for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2022.

The RCB All-Rounder Glenn Maxwell:-

The good news has come in the form of RCB superstar Glenn Maxwell. Star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has joined RCB’s training session.

Maxwell also completed the three-day quarantine on Monday. But they still will not be able to play today’s match against Rajasthan Royals.

RR vs RCB: Due to Cricket Australia’s ban, RCB will not be able to include him (Glenn Maxwell) in Tuesday’s game i.e. in the competition against Rajasthan Royals.

Not Allowed to Play in IPL:-

As per Cricket Australia guidelines, no retained or bought player is permitted to play in the IPL till 6th April.

Due to Maxwell’s marriage, he has not been able to appear in the IPL so far. Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell married his Indian-origin girlfriend Vini Raman on March 27.

RCB gave a grand welcome to the newly wed couple. Maxwell had to remain in quarantine for three days.

Glenn Maxwell came out of Quarantine on Monday. He practiced in the training session against Rajasthan Royals without wasting any time.

Maxwell was also seen with his former teammate Yuzvendra Chahal, who has made a great start to his stint with the Royals.

Talking about Maxwell’s RCB team, RCB started this season with a five-wicket loss against Punjab Kings.

But he returned to the game with a three-wicket win against Kolkata Knight Riders. The inclusion of Maxwell will further strengthen the team.
