Kane Williamson: The Gujarat Titans player has been ruled out of the entire IPL season due to a knee injury. As soon as the IPL 2023 starts, Hardik Pandya’s team Gujarat Titans suffered a major setback.

Williamson was out for the entire season with a knee injury:-

New Zealand captain Kane Williamson has been ruled out of the entire season due to a knee injury.

Gujarat played their first match with the opening of the season against Chennai Super Kings which they won.

Kane was injured in the process of catching the catch:-

The Gujarat Titans franchise tweeted, “We regret to announce that Kane Williamson has been ruled out of the tournament due to an injury sustained in the match against Chennai Super Kings. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Williamson was injured in the 13th over of the first match against Chennai Super Kings.

Rituraj Gaikwad hit an aerial shot:-

In this over, opener Rituraj Gaikwad hit an aerial shot on which Williamson tried to take a catch and despite jumping in the air at the boundary, he could not take the catch but some runs were definitely saved for the team.

While there, his knee got injured. After which he was immediately taken off the field and was replaced by impact player Sai Sudarshan.
