PSL 2022: Pakistan’s rising fast bowler Shahnawaz Dahani recently told that he is a big fan of former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) and meeting him, Dahani felt as if his dream has come true.
The Meeting With MS Dhoni:-
Shahnawaz Dahani met MS Dhoni during the T20 World Cup when Dhoni was working as the mentor of the team.

Along with this, Dahani also expressed his desire to meet his present role model, England fast bowler Jofra Archer. In a special conversation with Cricket Pakistan, 23-year-old Dahani said that earlier he used to follow Shane Bond of New Zealand but now he follows Jofra Archer.

Multan Sultans player Shahnawaz Dahani also recalled his meeting with Indian legend MS Dhoni in the T20 World Cup and revealed what Dhoni told him about life and cricket.
He said, “It will take me a lot of time to understand the level of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Meeting him was a dream come true and I (Pacer Shahnawaz Dahani) cannot forget that moment.
His words were very beneficial as he told me about life, how to live life, how to respect elders.
He said cricket will have good days and bad days but you have to embrace it and be dedicated to the game you love the most.
Dahani Also Aspires To Meet Jofra Archer:-
Talking about his favorite players, Dahani said, “I used to follow Shane Bond of New Zealand and wanted to be a fast bowler like him.

But after his retirement, I started following England’s Jofra Archer and I look forward to meeting him soon.” Meanwhile, Dahani praised the start of the Sultans’ ongoing performance in the PSL season seven and captain Mohammad Rizwan.
He said, “Our atmosphere in the team is like a family. We were completing freedom to execute our plans and a player performs. When he is giving that freedom and the fear inside is going.”
