IND vs NZ 3rd T20 2023: Suryakumar Yadav reacts to Hardik’s comment on Lucknow pitch. Indian captain Hardik Pandya was absolutely unhappy with the pitches provided for the first two T20 matches (IND vs NZ T20) in the series against New Zealand.

Pandya was Particularly unhappy with the Lucknow Pitch:-

Hardik was particularly unhappy with the pitch in Lucknow, where the second T20I was played, although India won the match by six wickets.

On Tuesday, on the eve of the series decider at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Suryakumar Yadav reacted to that statement.

The spinners bowled 30 overs in two innings and did not hit a single six. However, Suryakumar once again proved why he is the No. 1 ranked T20I batsman, scoring an unbeaten 26 off 31 balls in the second match, which was the highest score by a batsman in the match.

When asked about both the pitches and all the talk around them, which led to the sacking of the curator of Lucknow’s Ekana Cricket Stadium.

As per reports, Suryakumar said that both sides should take it as a challenge and move forward.

We did in the Last Game:-

He said, “It does not matter on which soil you play. These are the things which are not in your control.

Whatever was in our control, we did in the last game and had to implement and adapt whatever we got. Plus, it was an exciting game.

No matter what the situation or the format, if both the teams try to compete well…the wicket doesn’t matter much. You go out there, take a challenge, accept it and move on.”

When asked about Pandya’s comment on the Lucknow pitch after the second T20, Suryakumar laughed and said, “It’s perfectly fine.

But later we had a conversation and it was like whatever we get in future, we will go ahead with that.”
