Jasprit Bumrah Injury Update: Team India bowler Jasprit Bumrah was seen bowling in the nets. The Indian team and its supporters have missed him ever since Jasprit Bumrah suffered a back injury during the ODI series in England in July.

Kept out of Asia Cup in UAE:-

The problem kept him out of the Asia Cup in the United Arab Emirates, after which he returned for the home T20I series against Australia.

But once again the injury aggravated and was ruled out of the T20 World Cup. But now he was seen bowling at the nets (Jasprit Bumrah Bowling).

Rested for tours of New Zealand and Bangladesh:-

Due to a back strain, Bumrah has recently spent a lot of time at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru for his recovery and rehabilitation. He was rested for the tours of New Zealand and Bangladesh to fully recover from the injury.

Looks like the patience of the team management and the BCCI has finally paid off. As Bumrah posted a video clip from the NCA on his Instagram.

Pacer looks ready to return to on-field action:-

Where he can be seen bowling “full throttle” to the batsmen at the nets. The pacer looks set to return to on-field action which is good news for India.

With Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Australia touring India in the first quarter of 2023. The Indian team will hope that their fast bowler is fully fit to lead the attack once again.
