Team India Reached Auckland For The First ODI After Winning The T20 Series

IND vs NZ ODI Series: Team India reached Auckland for the first ODI after winning the T20 series. The Indian team has reached Auckland to play the first match of the three-match ODI series (India vs New Zealand ODI).

The first match will be played on Friday from 7 Am:-

The first match in Auckland will be played from 7 am on Friday. Meanwhile, Indian captain Shikhar Dhawan has also reached Auckland after spending time in Australia with his son.

Team India will practice tomorrow at the match venue at 6 am IST. All three matches of the ODI series will be day-night and will start at 7 am IST.

Seniors have been rested for this series, while young players have been given a chance. Veteran batsman Shikhar Dhawan is set to lead India, while Rishabh Pant will be the vice-captain.

T20 World Cup due to the fast bowler’s back problem:-

Deepak Chahar is also making a comeback from this tour. The fast bowler had missed the T20 World Cup due to a back problem.

With big names like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul rested, some youngsters will aim to capitalize on the opportunity. Shubman Gill has come down to open with Dhawan.

Shreyas Iyer and Sanju Samson will also be in the fray. But the focus will remain on Suryakumar Yadav. The World No. 1 T20 batsman will aim to improve on his ODI record.
