Team India’s star bowler Mohammed Shami can contest the Lok Sabha elections. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has made preparations to field him in the election field.

According to sources, the BJP can field Mohammed Shami from the Basirhat seat of West Bengal. Speculation regarding this has intensified. The special thing is that Sandeshkhali is in this parliamentary constituency.

Let us tell you that recently Mohammed Shami attended the function of a BJP leader from Uttarakhand. Although he has neither joined any party till now nor has given any statement regarding it, it is being said that he may join the BJP soon.
In December last year, BJP Minority Morcha President Kunwar Basit Ali also reached Shami’s village Amroha. Even then he had expressed the possibility of Shami joining BJP.
A Cricket Stadium in The Village Sahaspur Alinagar Of Amroha:-
The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is also preparing to build a cricket stadium in village Sahaspur Alinagar of Amroha. It is believed that BJP does not want to leave any stone unturned for the star candidate.
Last year, PM Modi had also encouraged Shami after the ODI World Cup. Whereas he has also praised him on many occasions. It is being said that BJP can play a big bet by fielding Mohammed Shami. However, it remains to be seen when Shami will enter the political arena after accepting this proposal.

Mohammed Shami has been playing domestic cricket from Bengal. It is being said that the BJP has offered a ticket to Mohammed Shami, but no decision has been taken yet. Let us tell you that BJP has fielded Paralympic champion Devendra Jhajharia from the Churu seat of Rajasthan.
In such a situation, it is being said that the BJP can bet on the faces of many star players including Mohammed Shami. Mohammed Shami is currently on break.
He has recently undergone surgery. Shami played his last match against Australia on 19 November last year. Since then he has not played any matches. He has also been ruled out of IPL 2024 due to back pain.
