Pakistan Cricket: The Big Blow to Pakistan Cricket Board, 3 veterans resigned together. Everything is not going well for the Pakistan Cricket Team (PCB) after the Asia Cup 2023. At the same time, after the ODI World Cup 2023, there has been a flurry of changes in the team.
Three Coaches Have Resigned From Their Posts Together:-
Not only this, there are constant changes in many positions within the PCB and resignations are being seen one after the other. Something similar happened on Thursday when information came to light that three coaches had resigned from their posts simultaneously.

However, these posts were related to the National Cricket Academy of Pakistan. The names of these three coaches are Mickey Arthur, Grant Bradburn, and Andrew Puttick.
The Team’s Director Of Cricket Was Also Made in April 2023:-
Recently, after the ODI World Cup, a new coaching staff was appointed in NCA by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Arthur, who was the head coach of Pakistan from 2016 to 2019, was also made the team’s Director of Cricket in April 2023.
Apart from this, Bradburn was with the team as a fielding coach from 2018 to 2020. Last year he was also made the head coach. Also, Puttik was with the team as a batting coach.
After the World Cup, Pakistan changed all the coaches and captains. After this, all three were removed from the national team and given responsibility in NCA. Whereas Mohammad Hafeez was appointed the director of the team.
The Team’s Performance Has Been Poor in The Last Few Months:-
Hafeez was also the head coach in the just concluded Australia Test series. Apart from this, Adam Holyoak was made the batting coach, and Umar Gul and Saeed Ajmal was made the fast bowling and spin bowling coaches respectively. The performance of Pakistan team has been poor in the last few months.
After poor performance in the Asia Cup and World Cup, the team lost the Test series 3-0 in Australia. After that, the team lost the T20 series 3-0 in New Zealand.
