An Indian team source told Cricbuzz that there is no concern about Shardul Thakur’s fitness.

A limited number of players including captain Rohit Sharma, R Ashwin, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Mukesh Kumar, Prasidh Krishna, KS Bharat, and Shardul Thakur were present in the optional training session held at Centurion.

Despite the injury incident, the mood within the team remains quite positive, and Thakur is expected to be available in the next match.
