WPL 2024 Opening Ceremony: The Bollywood celebrities will create a stir in the WPL 2024 Opening Ceremony. The upcoming season of the Womenβs Premier League 2024 will start on 23 February.
The First Match Will Be Played At M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru:-
This league will start with a bang. Because many Bollywood celebrities are going to perform at the inauguration ceremony. The first match of the tournament between defending champions Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals will be played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

The inauguration ceremony will start at 6:30 pm on 23 February. Apart from Kartik Aryan and Siddharth Malhotra, many Bollywood stars can be seen in it.
Last time, stars like Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon performed at the inauguration ceremony. At the same time, singer AP Dhillon had won the hearts of fans with his songs.
The Tournament Will Be Played in Two Cities:-
This tournament will be played from 23 February to 17 March. Like last year, a total of five teams will play 22 matches. However, this time a big change has been seen.
Last year this league was played in two stadiums Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. However, this time the hosting of this league has been given to Bengaluru and Delhi instead of Mumbai.
The Final Will Be Held in Delhi:-
The first 11 matches of the tournament will be played in Bengaluru. After this, all five teams will come to Delhi, where the final match including an eliminator will be played.
20 matches will be played in the league round and after this, the eliminator and final matches will be played. The team topping the league round will directly advance to the finals. Whereas, the second and third-placed teams will play the eliminator.

Not a single double header match will be played in this tournament lasting 24 days. There will be only one match every day. The eliminator will be played on March 15 and the final on March 17 in Delhi.
