Yashasvi Jaiswal (RR) was named the Emerging Player of the IPL 2023 after the youngster scored 625 runs in 14 matches with five fifties and a hundred.
His highest score was 124 against MI and he also hit the fastest fifty in IPL history off 13 balls.

Mohammed Shami (GT) received the award for taking 28 wickets in 17 matches with best of 4/11 and an economy of 8.03.
