The ICC Women’s Player Of The Month Nominees Announced For October 2022. Three Asian players have been selected for the October 2022 ICC Women’s Player of the Month award.
Pakistan’s Nida Dar:-
All-rounder Dar performed brilliantly for Pakistan in the Women’s Asia Cup last month. Dar scored 145 runs in six matches at an average of 72.50 and also took eight wickets at 14.87 runs per piece.

This included a scintillating all-round show against India where he scored 56* and then guided Pakistan to a memorable victory to claim a bowling figure of 2/23.
India’s Deepti Sharma:-
All-rounder Sharma showed why she is once again such a vital force in the Indian team as she excelled in the Women’s Asia Cup last month.
Deepti played eight matches and took 13 wickets at an impressive average of 7.69, including top spells of 3/7 and 3/27 against Thailand and Pakistan respectively.
India’s Jemima Rodrigues:-
Rodrigues, 22, proved to be India’s best batsman in the Women’s Asia Cup, paving her way to the title.
Rodrigues scored 217 runs during the tournament at an impressive average of 54.25. His two brilliant knocks of 78 and 75* came against Sri Lanka and UAE respectively.

India won both the matches and was also adjudged the player of the match in both the games. Both his innings came in difficult conditions and put India in a winning position.
