The jailed cricketer took a sigh of relief, visa issued after heavy insult. Pakistan’s tainted fast bowler Mohammad Aamir and Pakistan Cricket Board have heaved a sigh of relief. Aamir has got the visa for Ireland and he will fly soon.

Aamir, who returned after almost 4 years, will join the team before the second T20 match of the Pakistan vs Ireland series.

The series between Pakistan and Ireland will start from May 10. The second T20 match of the series will be played on 12 May. PCB sources confirmed that Aamir has got a visa for Ireland.

Pakistan Team Left For Ireland On 7 April:-

After getting the visa for Ireland, PCB is busy making arrangements to send Mohammad Amir from Lahore on a tour to Ireland as soon as possible. The Pakistan team captained by Babar Azam had left for Ireland on 7 April.

Aamir had to wait for visa clearance in Lahore. Ireland did not explain why it had stopped Aamir’s visa. According to sources, this could be due to a technical problem.

Has Returned To International Cricket After 4 Years From Retirement

The source said, ‘Clearly, the PCB was unhappy with the delay in the visa as it affects the team management’s plans for the T20 World Cup and also impacts the affected player who has returned to international cricket after four years of retirement. .’

After the series against Ireland, Pakistan will travel to England for four T20 matches starting in Leeds on May 22.

Interestingly, Aamir was immediately issued a visa to play in Ireland’s inaugural Test match against Pakistan in 2018.
