The Hosting Eight Matches During ICC Event:-

The ground was officially unveiled on Wednesday. The New York venue is scheduled to host eight matches during the ICC event.

The Nassau County International Cricket Stadium will also host India’s opening match against Ireland on June 5.

Is An Incredibly Important Milestone:-

ICC Chief Executive Geoff Allardyce seemed excited about this new ground. “This is an incredibly important milestone in the lead-up to the biggest ICC event ever, with work starting on the stadium that will be able to accommodate 34,000 cricket fans,” the ICC quoted Allardyce as saying.

ICC To Host Eight Matches Of T20 World Cup 2024:-

The photo shows how the stadium will look during the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The stadium has a seating capacity of 34,000 and will host eight matches of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Work on the stadium is underway and is expected to be completed in the next three months.
