UAE Women’s T20 Asia Cup: The 15-Year-Old Rishita Rajith has been included in the Women’s T20 Asia Cup. Right-arm fast bowler Rajith is uncapped in international cricket.
The 15-year-old Rishita Rajith joins her team:-
The United Arab Emirates has included 15-year-old Rishita Rajith in their squad for the Women’s T20 Asia Cup starting in Bangladesh later this week.

However, there was no room for his elder sisters Ritika and Rinitha, who were part of the previous UAE squad, which finished seventh in the T20 World Cup qualifiers last week.
Another teenager, Mahika Gaur, who was with Manchester Originals in the Women’s Hundred earlier this year, is also part of the 15-man squad. The team will be led by Chhaya Mughal.
The Playing T20 Asia Cup for the first time:-
The United Arab Emirates is playing the T20 Asia Cup for the first time, with Malaysia qualifying for the final of the Women’s T20 Championship earlier in June.
“This is a historic moment for our UAE cricket women,” Andrew Russell, National Development Manager, Emirates Cricket Board, said in a media release.
“It is a great honor to play in the Women’s Asia Cup for the first time and we are sure that our women will be very proud of it.”
Robin Singh, the Board’s Director of Cricket, said, “The Asia Cup has a line-up of impressive talent from the world of women’s cricket. Our women was challenging in the past several tournaments.

UAE will start their campaign against Sri Lanka on 2 October. All matches will be playing in Sylhet.
