Although his form has returned in T20 and ODIs, he is still not able to play long innings in Tests (Virat Kohli in Test).

In the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy (BGT 2023) between India and Australia (IND vs AUS), he is trying to find his good form, which he has failed.
