Virat Kohli unfollowed his favorite singer on Instagram. Cricket superstar Virat Kohli has unfollowed popular singer Shubh on Instagram after he posted a picture showing a distorted map of India on social media.

The Accused Of Supporting Khalistani Separatists

The Canada-based Punjabi rapper’s recent Instagram story sparked massive outrage in India and he was accusing of supporting Khalistani separatists.

Shubh was one of Kohli’s favorite singers recently. At one point he even tweeted about his admiration for the 26-year-old singer. Kohli had written while posting on Instagram.

“Right now my favorite artist Shubh World Wide and my evergreen dancers are loving what they are doing on this song. Truly mesmerized.”

Regarding this, Shubh had replied, “Thank you very much, Bhaji.” In April, during the IPL, a video on social media also showed Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma dancing to the song ‘Elevated by Shubh’ in the gym.

But apparently, the singer’s controversial post has upset the former Team India captain and he has registered his protest by unfollowing him.

His Program To Protest From 23-25 September:-

Shubh’s post led to protests in Mumbai, where he is scheduling to protest from September 23-25.

BJP’s youth wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) recently tore down posters of the rapper’s upcoming concert.

ANI quoted BJYM chief Tajinder Singh Tiwana as saying, “There is no place for Khalistanis who are enemies of the integrity and unity of India.
