Asian Games 2023: VVS Laxman, not Dravid, will be the head coach of Team India for the Asian Games. Former India batsman and current National Cricket Academy (NCA) president VVS Laxman will be the head coach of the Indian men’s team at the Asian Games 2023.

Hrishikesh Kanitkar interim head coach of the women’s team:-

Meanwhile, former all-rounder Hrishikesh Kanitkar will be the interim head coach of the women’s team for the same tournament.

Former Indian leg-spinner Sairaj Bahutule:-

Apart from Laxman, the Indian men’s team’s support staff for the Asiad will include former India leg-spinner Sairaj Bahutule as bowling coach and Munish Bali as fielding coach.

The Asian Games will be held in Hangzhou, China from September 23 to October 8. The Indian men’s team will be led by Ruturaj Gaikwad, while the women’s team will be captained by Harmanpreet Kaur.
