IND vs WI T20 Series 2023: West Indies’s Nicholas Pooran Got Hurt Due To Arshdeep Singh And Brandon King. Nicholas Pooran has shown wounds on his body during the match after winning the series 3-2.

Pooran was awarded the Player of the Series during the fifth T20 match against India at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida on Sunday. During the last match, the ball hit his body in many places.

During the fifth T20, while standing at the non-striker’s end, Pooran was hit on the left arm by a shot from Brandon King.

He was also hit on the stomach by a ball thrown by his former Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise teammate Arshdeep Singh.
Nicholas Pooran shared a picture of himself through a tweet in which his wounds are visible.
Set the stage for the West Indies to win the series:-
The left-handed batsman did well even after being bowled twice, scoring 47 off 35 balls to set the stage for a series win for the West Indies.
Chasing 166, Pooran and King put on a 107-run stand for the second wicket, taking India out of the contest completely.
Pooran played a key role in West Indies‘ first bilateral series win over India since 2006.

He was not present to collect his Player of the Series award as he had to catch a flight. Pooran scored 176 runs in five matches at a strike rate of 141.94.
