Pakistan Cricket Board: When a stretcher was not found, the injured Shadab Khan had to be carried out of the field on his back. A different scene was seen on Sunday during Pakistan’s National T20 Cup match when Shadab Khan, who was injured while fielding, was carried off the field by his fellow cricketers on his back.
During the match between Sialkot and Rawalpindi, the video of UBL Sports Complex Ground in Karachi went viral on social media in which the injured captain of Rawalpindi team, Shadab, is being carried out of the field by additional players of the team carrying him on his back.

Farid Khan, Pakistan’s cricket lover and COO of Cricketer Plus, has posted one of these videos on social site X. He has written – Are we in the 1980s? How are they taking Shadab Khan out of the field?
Doesn’t PCB have a stretcher? UBL complex is in Karachi, not Sukkur (a remote city in the Sindh province of Pakistan). Fans have made interesting comments on this post.
One user wrote, that Shadab, who was injured in the National T20 Cup match, had to be carried by a person on his back. Poor System of PCB. Wrote – Look whether this is the situation financially or mismanagement.
Another post wrote – They are taking luggage to Australia and here the player is being taken like luggage. Another wrote in his reaction – What is the way to take an injured player?
It was written in a post – There in Australia they are carrying luggage, here they are carrying players by doing piggyback… one day they put Salman Butt in the selection panel, the next day they say he was not included.
However, a few people also commented in favor of PCB in this matter. Sports journalist Ahmar Najeeb wrote – Everything is there but Shadab was in a hurry so he chose this option.
However, in this match held in Karachi, Shadab’s team Rawalpindi won by three wickets. Batting first, Sialkot scored 163 runs for the loss of two wickets in 20 overs with the help of Shoaib Malik’s unbeaten 84 (56 balls, six fours, and four sixes) and Ashir Mahmood’s unbeaten 72 (52 balls, four fours and four sixes).
