Rohit of MI Said this After the Defeat
MI captain Rohit Sharma said after the defeat, ‘I feel everywhere. (What went wrong), we didn’t score enough runs. Due to this the bowlers did not have enough runs to save. It was an off-day for us as a batting unit. He got down to bat at number-3 in the match. On this Rohit said, ‘We did what we felt comfortable and right.’
Remembered this Match Winner
Rohit further said, ‘After the unfortunate exit of Tilak Verma, an Indian batsman was needed to bat in the middle overs against spin, but we lost our 3 wickets for just 16 runs. He (Piyush Chawla) is bowling really well. Other bowlers need to rally around him, that’s what the team needs. Everyone has to come forward and contribute. There is no such (home ground) advantage this season, everyone has won and lost at home. We need to fix all the three departments, we will play the next two matches at home (Mumbai). Let’s see what happens next.
