Sourav Ganguly: BCCI President Sourav Ganguly seems to be embroiled in controversies due to one of his tweets regarding the Indian women’s cricket team. Ganguly made a tweet after the Indian women’s cricket team’s defeat at the hands of Australia in the final of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, in which he also put the class of the team.

CWG 2022: Commonwealth Games 2022 Women’s cricket was included this time. In this Team India had to face defeat by 9 runs in the last over against Australia in the gold medal match.

After this, Ganguly congratulated the Indian team for the silver medal, but the teas of defeat was also clearly visible in his tweet. After this tweet of Ganguly, now cricket fans have started taking his own class.

Former captain Ganguly wrote on Twitter, “Congratulations to the Indian women’s cricket team for the silver medal… but they will return home disappointed, as this match was entirely theirs.” After this tweet of Ganguly, the audience started taking a dig at the former captain and also trolled him fiercely.

CWG 2022: Facing a target of 162 runs, India lost both Smriti Mandhana and Shefali Verma for 22 runs in 2.4 overs. After this, captain Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemima Rodriguez together took the score to 118 runs.
