David Warner will reach SCG by helicopter for BBL match

David Warner, BBL: Australia has celebrated David Warner well in the last few days. After playing his last Test match at the Sydney Cricket Ground, Warner has also announced his retirement from 50-over cricket. David Warner will now focus his entire attention on the Big Bash League.

David Warner will reach SCG by helicopter :-

Warner will arrive at the SCG by helicopter while returning from his brother’s wedding to play for Sydney Thunder. The helicopter will land near the ‘Thanks Dave’ logo on the outfield. This is the same logo that was painted for their last test.

Gurinder Sandhu of Thunder said :-

“He’s been putting in a lot of effort to come and play for us,” Thunder’s Gurinder Sandhu said, according to ESPN Cricinfo. “We love having them here. He was amazing for us last year. Maybe he didn’t score as many runs as he wanted. He is one of the best players of the team and all the fans enjoy watching him play cricket.

Sean Abbott of Sydney Sixers said :-

Also Sean Abbott of the Sydney Sixers said, “He’s a bit of Hollywood, isn’t he, Davy at all.” “I’ll be out the gate when Davy lands tomorrow night. I’m glad they are doing that because think, everyone in the country who is a cricket fan wants to see David Warner in the BBL and I am really looking forward to playing against him.”

David Warner Will play only 3 matches for Thunder :-

Let us also tell you that the match against Sixers will be one of the three matches that Warner will play for Thunder this season after his Test retirement. The club has a slim chance of reaching the knockouts but Warner will not be available as he will be in the UAE to play the ILT20.

However, it is now expected that Warner will return from the ILT20 tournament and be a part of the T20I series against West Indies. Warner will be available until his final international retirement after the T20 World Cup in June.
