England and Wales (ECB): Wasim Jaffer trolled England fiercely for ‘Bazball’

ECB, Wasim Jaffer: Former Indian opener and cricket expert Wasim Jaffer has ridiculed the England team after the crushing defeat against South Africa in the Lord’s Test. Wasim Jaffer has fiercely trolled the English team for ‘Bazball’.

Bazball:-  ‘Bazball’ refers to the new approach England have taken up in Test cricket, where the batsmen do not shy away from injecting a bit of pace into their batting innings.

In the first Test against South Africa, England lost by an innings and 12 runs. With this win, the visiting team took a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.

After England’s crushing defeat, Wasim Jaffer tweeted “Bazball has done amazing in 4th innings”, SA: There will be no 4th innings.

‘Bazball’ has been in a lot of discussion since Brendon McCullum became the coach of England’s Test team :-

Ever since Brendon McCullum became the coach of the England Test team, ‘Bazball’ has been in the news a lot. In the fourth innings, England’s batsmen have won big goals in the last few days.

England successfully chased down 250-plus runs against New Zealand for three consecutive times, while registering a 378-run victory in the fourth innings of the Edgbaston Test against India.

McCullum is called the father of BazBall ideology:-

McCullum is called the father of BazBall ideology. McCallum’s nickname is Baz and the BazBall ideology was used on this nickname. McCullum believes that there was a need to change the way Test cricket was played.

He used the strategy of creating pressure by batting aggressively against a strong opposition team during his career and it also paid off. Now England is also playing on BazBall strategy.

South Africa dusted England like this :-

After winning the toss, South Africa bowled out England for just 165 runs in the first innings. After this the visiting team scored 326 runs in the first innings and took a lead of 161 runs. At the same time, in the second innings too, England’s batsmen collapsed in front of Africa’s bowling and the team could score only 149 runs.

The result of the first test match between England and South Africa came within just 6 sessions. This test match lasted only three days. Kagiso Rabada took 5 wickets in the first innings and 2 wickets in the second innings. Rabada awarded the Man of the Match award for his excellent performance.
