ICC recently changed its rules and brought ‘Mankading out’ inside the runout :-

The International Cricket Council (ICC) recently changed its rules and brought Mankading out within the runout. In fact, when the batter is at the nonstriker’s end and leaves the crease before the bowler releases the ball, and if the bowler hits the stumps, then the batter is considered out.

Earlier it was considered against the spirit of sportsmanship. But now the ICC has made a very precise rule regarding this. Recently, Indian women’s bowler Deepti Sharma had similarly dismissed England’s Charlie Dean.
