England’s Jonny Bairstow has been ruled out of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia along with the 3rd Test against South Africa.
Injury To The Lower Limb in An Accident:-
Bairstow suffered a lower limb injury in an accident. The injury occurred when he was playing golf in Leeds on Friday.

Injury has now ruled him out for the rest of the summer as well as the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
Jason Roy with Jos Buttler:-
Bairstow was naming in the England T20 World Cup squad announcing today. And was setting to open the innings during the tournament with Jos Buttler out of Jason Roy.
A statement by the ECB confirming Bairstow’s injury said: “Bairstow suffered a lower limb injury in a freak accident. While playing golf in Leeds on Friday. He will be scheduling to investigate the full extent of the injury next week.” Will see a specialist.
“Nottinghamshire batsman Ben Duckett was including in the Test squad. For the LV=insurance third Test at the Kia Oval starting next Thursday.
England’s next Test against South Africa from September 8
A further announcement will be making at an appropriate time. As to who will replace Bairstow in England’s ICC Men’s T20 World Cup squad.
England will play the next Test against South Africa at The Oval from September 8. The series is tying at 1-1 after England made a comeback in the second Test in Manchester.
Apart from the series win, important points from the World Test Championship will also be at stake.
