He said that the lack of Rishabh Pant is being missed in this final match but Ishan Kishan and KS Bharat are also very good players. He said that both these players can perform very well as both of them have a lot of experience.

Rishabh Pant had an accident last year and because of that he is walking out of the ground. In his absence, two wicketkeepers have been selected for the World Test Championship final in the form of KS Bharat and Ishan Kishan. Either of these two players will get a chance to play.

Yuzvendra Chahal has described both the players as very good. During a conversation with News18, he said, “Rishabh Pant is an attacking batsman and obviously everyone is missing him. You can’t do much about that though and the players who have gone there have to back them. We need KS.” Bharat and Ishan Kishan have to be supported. Ishan Kishan is also like Pant. It is a great opportunity for him to prove himself.”

Chahal further said, “Ishan Kishan is an opener. I am not saying that he cannot play in Test matches but he opens in limited overs. But can bat very well.”
