Former Indian captain and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly ‘s phone was stolen from his Behala home last month. Ganguly, who is counted among India’s most successful captains, has lodged a complaint at Thakurpukur police station.
Sourav Ganguly may suffer huge loss :-
Let us tell you that the price of the phone is said to be Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand. Ganguly’s phone has access to many accounts and it is also linked to his bank, due to which Ganguly is in tension. According to media reports, Ganguly’s phone was stolen from the house and at that time painting work was going on in his grandfather’s house, in such a situation the police can interrogate the people working in the house.

Sourav Ganguly wrote in his application to the police :-
Quoting Hindustan Times Bangla, Sourav Ganguly wrote in his application requesting the police to trace the phone,
“I think my phone has been stolen from home. I last checked my phone on January 19 at 11:30 am. After that I tried to find my phone but could not find it. I am saddened by the loss of my phone. Because that phone has many numbers and personal information and account details. I am requesting to trace the phone or take appropriate action.
Painting work was going on at home :-
According to media reports, painting work is going on at his house and due to this, people working at his house are busy. When the phone was not found even after a lot of searching, Ganguly sought help from the police and lodged a complaint at the police station to find the phone.
