Former Indian team all-rounder Ajit Agarkar is celebrating his 44th birthday on 4 December. After playing his first ODI match against Australia in 1998, he made his place in the Indian team and played cricket for India for almost 16 years. Agarkarโ€™s wife Fatima completed the management course from Mumbai itself. She was a management consultant working for a private firm in Mumbai. Professional Life:

Ajit Agarkar was born on 4 December 1977 in the financial capital of India, Mumbai. He completed his studies at Rural College in Matunga, Mumbai, and learned the tricks of cricket in Mayanagari.

He played his first ODI match against Australia on 1 April 1998 and in the very first match overcame Australian legend Adam Gilchrist. Ajit is a right-arm fast bowler and also use to bat with the right hand.

Ajit Agarkar played many brilliant innings for India in his cricket career of 16 years. He took 58 wickets and 571 runs in 26 test matches. Apart from this, he has 288 wickets and 1269 runs in 191 ODIs. Along with this he also played 4 T20 Internationals for India in 2006-07. In which he scored 3 wickets and 15 runs.
